On May 22, 2025, jointly held a workshop on workstation construction and an exchange meeting on educational internship experience in the school's conference room. The purpose of this meeting was to summarize the phased experience of the provincial graduate workstation and the results of educational internships, and to deepen the cooperative education mechanism between universities and basic education schools. Zhu Liansheng, Vice Principal of Zhongshan Road Primary School in Zhenjiang City, Professor Wang Baoxi from the School of Teacher Education at Jiangsu University, Cai Weiren from the Master of Education Center, Xiang Ying, the Director of the Teaching Department of Zhongshan Road Primary School in Zhenjiang City, and interns attended the research meeting.

Principal Zhu from Zhongshan Road Primary School began with a speech, highly praising the interns’ outstanding performance in teaching and management, and fully demonstrating the excellent professional qualities and potential as teachers of master’s degree students in education. Subsequently, representatives of interns from various disciplines spoke in turn. Tang Xiaoxia (Mathematics) shared her professional journey, reflecting on her growth from taking on extended duties to conducting open classes, and expressed gratitude for her mentor’s dedicated guidance. Wang Peiwei (Chinese) thanked her supervising teacher for their patient support throughout lesson planning and classroom teaching. Zhang Caixia (English) noted that the teaching practicum had deepened her understanding of primary students’ learning and development, calling it a rewarding experience.

Mr. Cai Weiren from the Master of Education Center of our college expressed his gratitude for the comprehensive support provided by Zhongshan Road Primary School in Zhenjiang City, and looked forward to further cooperation in educational internships, educational practice, and practical-based scientific research in the future. Mr. Wang Baoxi gave the interns a message of seriousness, learning, and gratitude, encouraging everyone to stay true to their original aspirations, maintain their passion and dedication, and bravely pursue their dreams and forge ahead in their future teaching careers. Finally, both parties exchanged views on the in-depth construction of the graduate workstation.
