The School of Teacher Education Conducts Research Visit to the College of Teacher Education at Ningbo University

Amidst the preparation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and with the aim of outlining a blueprint for development and seeking drivers for high-quality growth, on the afternoon of November 21, the Party Secretary Bu Guangqing and Dean Wang Jiajia led a research team for the "15th Five-Year Plan" to the College of Teacher Education at Ningbo University. The visit focused on in-depth exchanges regarding discipline optimization, innovative teacher training, and enhancement of research capabilities. The symposium was chaired by Zhang Lin, Party Secretary of the College of Teacher Education at Ningbo University.

During the symposium, Dean Wang Jiajia explained the purpose of the research visit. He stated that the "15th Five-Year Plan" period is a critical phase for achieving high-quality development in teacher education. The College of Teacher Education at Ningbo University has accumulated extensive experience in refining disciplinary characteristics, cultivating teacher candidates’ practical abilities, and transforming research outcomes, which is worthy of in-depth study and reference by our institute. He expressed hope that through this exchange, both sides could broaden their horizons, gain insights, and provide strong support for the formulation of our institute’s "15th Five-Year Plan."

Dean Zhang Baoge of the College of Teacher Education at Ningbo University introduced the practices and achievements in areas such as discipline construction, professional development, innovation in teacher training models, research platform development, and internationalization. During the discussions, both sides further focused on the "15th Five-Year Plan," engaging in lively exchanges on pathways for distinctive development, collaborative education, and research enhancement. This exchange not only broadened our institute’s development perspectives but also clarified the direction for the subsequent refinement and implementation of the plan.

Through this in-depth exchange centered on the core issues of the "15th Five-Year Plan," both sides further explored pathways for collaboration and clarified directions for development.
