On the afternoon of 2 December, Professor Steen Nepper Larsen from Aarhus University, Denmark, delivered an invited lecture entitled ‘What is Pedagogy? Fundamental Philosophical Propositions’ in Room 1808 of Sanjiang Building. Faculty and student representatives from the School participated in the event.

Professor Larsen possesses extensive expertise in the fields of educational philosophy and educational policy, complemented by a cross-disciplinary research perspective. During his presentation, he explored the fundamental philosophical propositions of pedagogy, offering attendees cutting-edge international academic insights. The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation from attendees, who engaged in profound exchanges and discussions with Professor Larsen on topical issues such as Education and Artificial Intelligence.
