On the morning of May 13th, the Demonstration Meeting of the High-quality Development Research Institute of Basic Education was successfully held in Conference Room 1806 of the School of Teacher Education. Qu Yunjing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Literature, and Ren Xiaofei, Dean of the School of Literature, as well as Bu Guangqing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Teacher Education, and Wang Jiajia, Dean of the School of Teacher Education, Yin Hua, Deputy Director of the Normal Education Center Office, and Qiu Panpan and Xu Zhenhua, teachers from the school, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Qu Yunjing emphasized the importance of fully tapping and utilizing existing resources. By establishing effective channels such as the Teacher Education Alumni Association, he aimed to attract outstanding alumni to deeply participate in the entire process of talent cultivation, thereby enhancing the quality of teacher education talent training. Ren Xiaofei put forward constructive suggestions regarding the organizational structure of the research institute, highlighting the urgency and importance of strengthening the integration of teaching, learning, and evaluation in basic education. Wang Jiajia proposed that education should be closely integrated with agriculture and that collaboration with local units should be fostered to build a platform for basic education cooperation, thereby promoting the vigorous development of new rural education. Xu Zhenhua suggested that whether the establishment of a high-quality development research institute for basic education should pursue comprehensiveness or distinctiveness requires further in-depth research and argumentation to clarify the direction for the development of the research institute. Finally, Bu Guangqing summarized the goal orientation and organizational structure of establishing a high-quality development research institute for basic education.
