As a key   contributor, received the “Grand Prize for Outstanding Works in Online   Ideological Education at the 1st National University Competition” (Ministry   of Education and Cyberspace Administration of China), the “Third Prize of the   13th Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences”   (Jiangsu Provincial Government), the “First Prize for Higher Education   Teaching Achievement in Jiangsu Province” (Jiangsu Provincial Department of   Education), and the First Prize of the 2022 Jiangsu Provincial Social   Sciences Applied Research Excellence Program (Special Category for   Comprehensive Assessment of High-Quality Development).

The   paper “How Does Research Pressure Affect the Academic Productivity of Young   University Teachers—The   Role of Academic Resilience and Dual Support” was invited to be presented at   the 2nd Forum on Building a Strong Education Nation · Higher Education Reform   and Development. The paper “How Does Supervisor Support Affect Master’s   Students’ Research Innovation: The Chain Mediating Role of Research Resilience   and Research Engagement” was invited to be presented at the 2nd National   Forum for Young Scholars in Education Economics, and received the First Prize   for Outstanding Papers.
