At the beginning of the lecture, Dr. Wu Lan introduced the basic concepts and development trajectory of generative artificial intelligence. Based on this, she elaborated on the basic principles of generative artificial intelligence, focusing on large models, large language models, and multimodal large models, thereby expanding the academic horizons of the participating teachers and students. Subsequently, Dr. Wu focused on exploring the application value of generative artificial intelligence in teaching practice, including the auxiliary role of teachers in pre-class learning analysis, teaching material preparation, as well as post-class summary and review, homework design and grading. Finally, Dr. Wu conducted an in-depth analysis of the current application status and development trends of generative artificial intelligence in teaching research from three dimensions: teaching effectiveness, teaching mode, and teaching support services, further inspiring the research ideas of teachers and students. After the lecture, teachers engaged in intense discussions centered around AI empowering teacher education, teaching research, and teaching reform, combining their own course teaching, and exchanged ideas with Dr. Wu Lan.
