After several days' operation, the online teaching of the school of teacher education was in great order and ran smoothly.

In order to ensure the stable development of online teaching, the school of teaching education planed carefully and arranged seriously from these four aspects of precision: First, do a good job of top-level design and refine work arrangements. In order to facilitate the operation of teachers, the teacher version of “ undergraduate teaching key work arrangements of college’s new semester”, “college’s online teaching work arrangements and precautions” and other operational guidelines were sorted out for teachers’ reference.

Second, make the teaching plan in advance and formulate the teaching design well. All courses of the college had been designed according to the characteristics of online and offline mixed teaching, and the teaching form, teaching content, implement method, assessment method and emergency plan had been clearly defined.

Third, strengthen technical support and provide technical support. The faculty invited four teachers from the department of educational technology to form an online teaching technical support team, through “online teaching consulting work WeChat group” for special guidance, and answered questions encountered in online teaching at any time.

Fourth, strengthen teaching quality assurance, do a good job in teaching quality control. All the leaders, department heads and discipline leaders of the college had joined more than four teaching platforms or WeChat groups, QQ groups, to achieve the full coverage of the course and a comprehensive understanding of the online teaching situation of each course.
