Our Ed.M students won rewards in the 2nd Ed.M Innovation Competition of Jiangsu province

     On November 10th,2018, the 2nd Jiangsu Master of Education Practice Innovation Capability Competition was completed. A total of five contestants from our school went to Nanjing to participate in the competition. After fierce competition, Chen Xinxin, major in Chinese teaching, won the second prize of the competition, Zhou Yuhang(major in mathematics teaching), and Zhu Chaoying (major in education) won the third prize.
    The competition was hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Academic Degrees Committee and co-hosted by Nanjing Normal University. 71 graduate students from 7 universities in the province are divided into four groups according to the school segment, and each of them conducts micro-teaching competitions and micro-topic competitions to demonstrate their teaching style and exchange research results.
    Jiangsu University and the school of teacher education attach great importance to this competition and carefully organize the completion of the preliminary and pre-match training. Before the competition, we conducted micro-teaching and micro-topic training for all the 17
th grade Ed.M students, and invited the first-line outstanding teachers to do the micro-teaching demonstration. After that, through the two rounds of micro-teaching and micro-research presentation, five Ed.M students were chosen to participate in the provincial competition.
    This competition has achieved the goal of promoting Ed.M education. It demonstrates the good innovation ability, scientific research ability and practical ability of our graduate students in education. And we will continue to improve our teaching reform in the field of
Ed.M education.
