Department of Teacher Education Jiangsu University received approval for four Humanities and Social Sciences Research Planning Projects from the Ministry of Education.

On September 11th, the Social Science Department of the Ministry of Education revealed the review results for the 2024 Humanities and Social Sciences Research Projects, with four projects from the School of Teacher Education at Jiangsu University receiving funding from the Youth Fund. These projects include Research on “The Impact of Time Pressure on Academic Innovation of Young Teachers in Universities and Adjustment Strategies chaired by Xinyang Liu, Research on the Institutional Environment for the Growth of Female Science and Technology Talents in China and its Optimisation Strategies led by Yufei Shang; Research on the Monitoring of Supply and Demand and Early Warning Mechanism of Primary and Secondary School Teachers under the Situation of Population Change conducted by associate professor Huizhu Gao and Research on the Mechanism and Practical Approach of Cultivating New-Type Talents in Universities from the Perspective of the Synergy of Three Fusions chaired by Canjing Ma.

In recent years, the school has prioritized the declaration and research activities associated with the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund Project of the Ministry of Education, motivating young educators to engage actively, continually innovate the principles of scientific research service management, conduct organized scientific research rigorously, and effectively enhance both the quantity and quality of various scientific research project declarations, resulting in notable achievements.
