Educational internships are crucial in the talent development program for teacher training at higher education institutions. They enable university students to apply their foundational ideas, professional knowledge, and essential skills to real-world educational and teaching contexts. The pre-departure education conference provided teachers and students with information on four key areas: the organization of educational activities, the rules and regulations for educational activities, the evaluation of educational activities, and the submission of academic materials. They outlined the duties of college guidance teachers, team leaders, and internship team leaders. They emphasized prioritizing safety, maintaining discipline, monitoring one's words and actions, and striving for rapid professional growth as teachers.
By conducting pre-departure education meetings, we aim to assist students in boosting their self-assurance, establishing clear goals, and fostering a strong commitment to becoming an outstanding teacher and exemplary individuals. Our objective is to enhance their capacity to effectively engage in educational and teaching endeavors, laying solid groundwork for their future as exceptional educators.
