On the establishment of the Institute of Calligraphy Education in the school of Teacher Education

All units in the the school of Teacher Education:
After discussion by the School Party and Administrative Joint Committee, it was decided to establish the Institute of Calligraphy Education with Zheng Kechun as its director.
