On November 20th, 2023, the "Foundations of Education" course team organized open class activities in Room 423, Sanshan Building. The course was be taught by Professor Jiajia Wang, the team leader of the national first-class undergraduate course "Foundations of Education", and the object of the course is to the undergraduates major in educational technology in 2022. Some faculties from School of Teacher Education Jiangsu University attended the activity.

This lesson takes the way of "theme report + teacher-student discussion + systematic teaching" and focuses on the theme of "Information Technology Curriculum Reform based on core literacy". First, students work in groups to present presentations. Then, teachers and students have in-depth discussions on the content of the report to promote students' deeper understanding. Finally, the teacher combines the theme content to conduct targeted systematic explanation.

This open class has further played the leading role of the national first-class undergraduate course "Foundation of Education", and promoted the continuous improvement of the quality of undergraduate education and teaching in School of Teacher Education Jiangsu University.
