Doctor Lu LIU completed his PhD in 2018 at Nanjing Agricultural University and now he is an asscoiate professor in school of teacher education Jiangsu University. He holds a Master of Management from Massey University and Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, both in New Zealand. During his doctoral study, Lu concentrated on world-class university related research. His study was supported by the presidential scholarship and the first-class postgraduate scholarship.
