Lack of confidence and self-focus has become an important factor hampering the construction of normal education with Chinese characteristics, which has been considered to be a chronic disease of normal education in China. To construct normal education with Chinese characteristics, we should take such initiatives as follows: comprehending normal education with Chinese characteristics scientifically, grasping the logic of interaction between normal education and basic education systematically, analyzing the history and current situation of normal education of China deeply, and understanding the developing trend of normal education at home and abroad comprehensively. Based on these, to carry out the requirement of educational self-confidence in an all-round way and highlight self-care, measures should be taken from the construction of the development idea system, theory system, practice paradigm, etc.
There’s the mode worship in education reform,such as reform for the mode,reform by the mode,and reform according to the mode.It not only brings discredit to educational modes,but also impairs the legalization and rationalization of education reform in China.In the production chain of educational modes,educational workers produce educational modes to fulfill their reform task,educational administrations promote educational modes to manifest the achievements of education reform,education stake-holders inside and outside expect educational modes to solve education problems.In order to avoid the overflow of mode worship in the process of education reform,it should return to the authentic way of education reform.It should locate the aim of education reform rationally,promote the reform orderly,and evaluate the achievement objectively,pursuing the normative,scientific and suitable educational mode.
Teachers' professional ethics development follows the basic logic from the collective specification to individuation: knowledge of professional ethics, the moral object to examine moral self construction; professional moral practice paradigm, from moral practice to practice moral self-discipline heteronomy pressure free; professional moral behavior patterns, from the mode of moral intuition to moral autonomy model; professional moral wisdom, by itself to benefit others.
